Sam will be 6 months old on Saturday, so we started rice cereal today. He has been interested in food for a while, so it was time I gave in and let him have some real food. I dread giving my babies food for a couple of reasons: 1) I love breastfeeding exclusively and knowing that I have nourished that baby completely and every fat roll came from me; and 2) Feeding solids is one more thing to do and one more meal to prepare.
But... He loved it! After a few bites he really got the hang of it and he ate the entire serving. Feeding solids to Sam is going to be fun.
He has started sucking these fingers and it's so cute.
I loved his shocked expression (and his chubby arms).
I've said it a million times, but I am so in LOVE with this baby. He is such a JOY!
